Terms of Service

1. Purpose
These Terms govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between Aided7 (the "Company") and users regarding Autodesk add-in generation, assembly, build, installer delivery, license validation, and related services (the "Service").
2. Definitions
"User" means a member who agrees to these Terms and uses the Service. "Project" means an add-in creation unit created within the Service. "Unit" means an individual feature included in an add-in. "Verified Unit" means a unit prepared or reviewed by the Company and provided through the catalog. "User Unit" means a unit created directly by a user or through AI generation. "Artifact" means code, settings, DLLs, bundles, installers, and related files generated by the Service.
3. Agreement and Changes
Users agree to these Terms by signing up, logging in, using the Service, or completing an agreement flow. The Company may amend these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law and will provide reasonable prior notice of material changes.
4. Account and User Obligations
Users must keep account credentials secure and must not share accounts, transfer accounts without authorization, use another person's account, bypass licensing, disrupt the Service, infringe third-party rights, generate or distribute malicious code, or interfere with the normal operation of Autodesk products.
5. Service
The Company provides features that allow users to select, generate, assemble, build, download, and run add-in units for Autodesk products. Supported products, versions, feature scope, and plan limits may vary according to the Company's policies and in-service notices.
6. Autodesk and Third-Party Services
Aided7 is operated independently from Autodesk and is not an official Autodesk product, reseller, certified service, or affiliate. Users are responsible for Autodesk product installation, valid licenses, usage rights, compatible versions, and runtime environments. Third-party services such as Supabase, Stripe, AI model providers, and hosting providers may affect the Service.
7. Plans and Usage Limits
The Service may include free and paid plans. Unit count, unit tier, AI generation access, build or assembly features, and license conditions vary by plan. The Company may change, reduce, or discontinue the scope and limits of free, beta, or trial features as needed for operations.
8. Payment, Cancellation, and Refunds
Paid plans may be charged in advance according to the billing cycle selected by the user and may renew automatically unless canceled. Users may cancel paid plans at any time, and paid features remain available until the end of the paid period. Fees already paid are generally non-refundable for reasons attributable to the user, including change of mind, insufficient usage, mismatch with expectations, user environment issues, Autodesk product issues, or conflicts with third-party plugins. The Company may review refunds when paid features were materially unavailable due to the Company's fault, duplicate or erroneous payments occurred, or refunds are required by applicable law. Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method and payment processor policies, and may account for used periods, paid features already provided, AI generation usage, built or downloaded artifacts, and payment processor fees. After digital content or downloadable artifacts are provided, withdrawal or refund may be restricted to the extent permitted by applicable law.
9. Payment Failure, Cancellation, and Downgrade
When a paid plan is canceled, users may continue using the existing plan until the end of the paid period, after which the account will move to the free or changed plan. In case of payment failure, card decline, or renewal failure, the Company may provide a grace period, after which some or all paid features may be restricted. Downgrades may disable or limit Premium units, units exceeding plan limits, and license-gated features.
10. Add-in License and Runtime Restrictions
Add-ins created or assembled through the Service may validate runtime rights based on the user's account, plan, device, session, offline grace state, and other entitlement conditions. Downloading artifacts does not guarantee continued access to all functionality. Users must not bypass license validation, forge signatures, manipulate server responses, or evade feature restrictions.
11. User Content and AI-Generated Artifacts
Rights to feature descriptions, requirements, workflows, settings, attachments, and other content entered by users remain with the user. Users may use AI-generated or automated artifacts for their own business purposes. Artifacts may include templates, common runtime components, hosts, libraries, verified units, build scripts, metadata, and UI components owned or developed by the Company or other right holders. Those rights remain with the Company or the applicable right holder. Users agree that the Company may view, analyze, modify, regenerate, test, and retain user content and AI-generated artifacts to provide the Service, fix errors, improve features, perform security review, improve compatibility, provide support, and improve quality. The Company will not sell or publicly disclose user-specific artifacts or private business materials to third parties without the user's explicit consent. Because AI and automated tools may produce identical or similar outputs for similar requests, users may not claim exclusive rights against the Company or other users solely based on such similarity. Publishing a user-created feature as a public unit, verified unit, template, example, or catalog feature may require a separate consent process.
12. AI Generation and Review
AI generation is an assistive tool that suggests or generates code, settings, scenarios, or artifacts based on user descriptions. The Company does not warrant accuracy, completeness, integrity, fitness for a particular purpose, or error-free operation of AI-generated results. Users must review and test artifacts before applying them to production drawings, site data, deliverables, or important projects. The Company may modify or restrict artifacts to protect stability, security, and compatibility, and may refuse generation, build, or distribution of features that may involve malicious code, rights infringement, license violations, security bypass, or unsafe automation.
13. Free Plans and Beta Features
The Company does not warrant continuity, accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or error-free operation of free plans or features provided without charge. The Company is not liable for data loss, artifact errors, business losses, or lost expectations arising from free plan use unless caused by the Company's intent or gross negligence. The scope, feature set, usage limits, and retention period of free plans may change, be reduced, or be discontinued according to Company policy.
14. Service Changes, Suspension, and Data Retention
The Company may change, suspend, or restrict all or part of the Service for operations, security, performance improvement, legal compliance, third-party service changes, or incident response. Projects, build logs, artifacts, downloads, and license state information may be retained as needed to provide the Service and resolve disputes, subject to the Privacy Policy and operational policies.
15. Account Suspension and Restrictions
The Company may restrict Service use or suspend accounts when a user violates these Terms or may harm Service security, stability, other users' rights, or the rights of the Company or third parties. In urgent cases such as security risks, legal violations, license bypass, or malicious code generation or distribution, the Company may take necessary measures without prior notice.
16. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The Service and artifacts are provided as available. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Company does not warrant continuity, accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, compatibility with third-party products, or error-free operation. If the Company is liable for damages caused by its fault, liability is limited to the total fees actually paid by the user to the Company during the three months immediately before the damage occurred. This limit does not apply to damages caused by intent or gross negligence, personal injury, or liabilities that cannot be limited by applicable law. The Company is not responsible for damages caused by user drawings, projects, work environments, Autodesk product versions, third-party plugins, operating systems, networks, security software, or other factors outside the Company's control.
17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes will be resolved through good-faith consultation, and if unresolved, the competent court under applicable law will have jurisdiction.
